Birthday... Man

Well on this day 20 years ago I was born. First off Id like to Thank God for letting me see 20 years. Ive been through alot of ups and downs but still moving forward. School starts tomorrow so that means its time to get back on the grind. Here we go time to have a good semester.

Back to school

After being back home for a month its time to get back in the groove of the college life. On tuesday we will kick off the spring semester. Im ready to get back on the grind and shoot for A's and B's. Lets do it.

My take

My type of play is fast paced. My team will be in shape to get up and down the court. As soon as we grab the rebound were gone. Ill run a 2-3 zone when were not playing good 3 point shooting teams. A great momentum changer is a dunk so if you cant get a fast break to get one I would recommend the backside oop. Its a great play if you can catch the defense napping.

Chris Paul to somewhere else

There are being negotiations for Chris Paul to go to the Clippers now. This is wild.

NBA Trades Everywhereeeeee

With this late start to the NBA they have some catching up to do before the season starts on Christmas Day. I was shocked to see the major trades Dallas had. They released Tyson Chandler but picked up Lamar Odom. They both are very experienced players with a ring. The Lakers are trying to get Chris Paul after the first try the Commisoner David Stern vetoed it (big shocker). I still think that it will go through. Miami Heat have just made a few minor adjustments in my point of view. The main eye catcher was releasing Mike Bibby and picking up a knock down 3 point shooter Shane Battier. He had 102 three pointers last season. He likes to set up in the corner which is great because LeBron will just drive and kick if that help defense steps over (Textbook). The New York Knicks are going to be the team to look at this season. They just picked up Tyson Chandler and Mike Bibby to go along with Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire that are already there. First games on Christmas Day are Celtics at Knicks, Miami at Dallas, Chicago at Lakers, Oralndo at Oklahoma City, Clippers at Golden State. Its gonna be a fun season.

TAHPERD Convention a bit of a success

Last thursday the misses and I headed to Dallas for the TAHPERD Convention. We had a great time and came out with a few numbers. We met alot of people that will help us one day in the future. We kept Professional with our dress and our communication skills. Now its back to the grind to finish out the semester.

Business Trip

This weekend my girlfriend and I are attending the TAHPERD Convention in Dallas, Tx. We hope to return with alot of numbers from Coaches, Athletic Directors, Principals, etc. We are very excited about this oppurtunity and hope all goes well.

One day

One day when I get a secure job I hope to get an indoor basketball court built with my house. There are many types of designs and court styles. The floor will be the regular wood with the painted lines for out of bounds, free throw, three pointer, and half court. The certain goals I want arent the ones you normally see that hang from the ceiling. I want the ones that chain to the ground such as College or NBA goals. The picture below is a descent example.

Four Coaches I look up to.

Coach K is the head basketball Coach at Duke University and has been very successful. I hope one day to have this talent he has to lead my teams to multiple championships.




Coach Barnes is the Head Basketball Coach at Texas University which is my favorite college team. Not only do I want to have his success but I would like to be good enough to Coach where he is right now. (My Dream Job)



Coach Brad Stevens. This guy has a big heart and has been very successful for the University of Butler.



The last Coach is my coach from High School. Coach Brent Kelley. He has proved to be very successful as a Head Coach for the Varsity and continues to do so today.

What's up bloggers? Welcome to my page. First of all I'd like to thank God for where I am today. I am attending Texas A&M University-Commerce. My plans are to be a coach one day. I have a very beautiful girlfriend that I am thankful for. We have a very bright future ahead of us. We take it one day at a time keeping God first. I didn't really just play in high school but I watch, research, and hear about enough to know what to look for. I have also grabbed a like for volleyball and soccer.
